【How to make】
1. First crush 120g of cookies, add 30ml of milk, knead by hand to make a lump
2. Spread the cookie dough up to half the height of 12cm cake container and keep it in a preheated oven 170 degrees 15 minutes refrigerated refrigerator
3. Make custard. In a heat-resistant container, add 5 eggs of vanilla extract, 5 drops of granulated sugar, and sift 20g of flour.
4.Add 200ml of milk, mix and heat for 600w2 minutes, mix for another 600w for 1 minute, and mix again for 1 minute.
5. Put the resulting custard cream in a chilled tart and then remove the custard cream from the heat in the refrigerator.
6. Make raw chocolate. Add 50 g of black chocolate into a heat-resistant container, add 40 ml of boiled fresh cream, mix and dissolve
7.Embedded straw in a chilled tart, pour the raw chocolate and cool it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.

◆卵Mサイズ1個
◆バニラエッセンス 5滴
◆グラニュー糖 35g
◆薄力粉 20g
◆牛乳 200ml
◆苺 4粒
●ブラックチョコレート 50g
●生クリーム 40ml
【作り方】
1.まずはクッキー120gを潰し牛乳30mlを加え、手で捏ねて一塊にします
2.ケーキ容器12㎝の高さ半分までクッキー生地を敷き、予熱したオーブン170度15分焼き冷蔵庫で冷やしておく
3.カスタードを作ります。耐熱容器に卵1つバニラエッセンス5滴グラニュー糖35g入れ混ぜ、薄力粉20gを篩い入れ混ぜる
4.更に牛乳200mlを入れ混ぜレンジ600w2分加熱し混ぜ、更に電子レンジ600w1分し混ぜ、もう1度レンジ1分し混ぜる
5.出来たカスタードクリームを冷やしておいたタルトに入れ更に冷蔵庫でカスタードクリームの粗熱を取る
6.生チョコを作ります。ブラックチョコレート50gを耐熱容器に割り入れ沸騰した生クリーム40mlを加え混ぜ溶かす
7.冷やしておいたタルトに苺を埋め込み、作った生チョコを流し込み冷蔵庫で3時間冷やして完成です
